How durable is it?

Can it be cleaned?
Yes, standard commercial cleaning products used on doors today are compatible with the finish.
Will edges lift?
Proper edge-sealing technique during install prevents lifting; this is inspected as part of our final QA step.
Can damaged sections be repaired?
Yes, individual panels or sections can be re-wrapped without redoing the entire door. Individual panels or sections can also be repaired or replaced without extensive renovation, saving time and cost.
Does wrapping affect the fire rating?
A fire rating belongs to a complete tested assembly, not to a finish material. Class A describes surface burning under ASTM E84, not a fire-resistance rating in minutes. Koroseal publishes that all Reatec finishes meet Class A, and 3M publishes that most DI-NOC products are Class A. For fire door and frame work specifically, Koroseal holds UL Certificate of Compliance 20200417-R27442 covering cladding materials for fire doors and frames. We confirm the finish, the substrate and the opening before install, and documentation is available on request.
Can raised-panel doors be wrapped?
Yes, with additional prep time to properly seat the film into panel details and edges.
Which painted surfaces are compatible?
Most factory-finished and painted commercial doors qualify, our evaluation step confirms bondability before work begins.
