How durable is it?

Architectural film is engineered for high-traffic commercial use and resists scuffs, scratches, and daily wear from housekeeping carts and luggage.

Can it be cleaned?

Yes, standard commercial cleaning products used on ceilings today are compatible with the finish.

Will edges lift?

Proper edge-sealing technique during install prevents lifting; this is inspected as part of our final QA step.

Can damaged sections be repaired?

Yes, individual panels or sections can be re-wrapped without redoing the entire ceiling section.

Does wrapping affect the fire rating?

A fire rating belongs to a complete tested assembly, not to a finish material. Class A describes surface burning under ASTM E84. For fire door and frame work, Koroseal holds UL Certificate of Compliance 20200417-R27442 covering cladding materials for fire doors and frames. We confirm the finish, the substrate and the opening before install, and documentation is available on request.

Can wraps go around light fixtures, vents, and sprinklers?

Yes, our installers carefully trim and seat the film around existing fixtures, HVAC vents, and sprinkler heads without affecting function or code compliance.

Which painted surfaces are compatible?
